This notice explains how ArmorTech Repair LLC handles information submitted through ArmorTech Shop. Last updated July 16, 2026.
Information collected
ArmorTech may collect contact information, billing and delivery details, order contents, device or part information, support communications, and technical information such as browser, device, IP address, and website activity.
How information is used
Information is used to process payments and orders, calculate shipping, deliver products, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, improve the storefront, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
ArmorTech uses service providers to operate the store, including Stripe for payment processing, Shippo and participating carriers for shipping, Supabase for application data, Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers receive information necessary to perform their services under their own privacy terms.
Payment information
Card payment details are entered through Stripe. ArmorTech does not receive or store the complete payment-card number through the storefront.
Retention and security
Records are retained for operational, tax, accounting, warranty, dispute, and legal purposes. ArmorTech uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions and requests
Contact service@armortechrepair.com to ask about information associated with an order or to request an available correction or deletion. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
