Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of ArmorTech Shop and purchases from ArmorTech Repair LLC. Last updated July 16, 2026.
Product selection
Customers are responsible for confirming manufacturer part number, package type, dimensions, specifications, quantity, compatibility, and intended application before purchase. Compatibility references are informational and do not replace manufacturer documentation.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated during checkout. Inventory and supplier information may change. An order may be cancelled and refunded if a product becomes unavailable, is listed with a material error, or cannot be legally or safely shipped.
Orders and payment
Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. ArmorTech may verify order information and decline or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited use, inventory conflict, or payment failure. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Electronic component use
Installation and board-level work may require trained personnel, electrostatic-discharge controls, correct tools, safety procedures, and manufacturer service information. ArmorTech is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect identification, installation, handling, programming, testing, voltage, polarity, or application.
Shipping and returns
The posted Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms. Contact service@armortechrepair.com before sending any return.
Warranties and liability
Products are provided subject to any applicable written manufacturer warranty. To the extent permitted by law, ArmorTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
ArmorTech may update these terms for future transactions. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that purchase unless a written agreement states otherwise.
